Service Description

RK Wedding Photography provides professional photography and videography services for weddings, pre-weddings, engagements, candid shoots, destination weddings and related events. All services are subject to availability, timelines and agreements discussed at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only after an advance payment is made. The remaining payment must be completed as per the timeline agreed during booking. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in writing. Delayed payments may affect the delivery timeline of photos and videos.

Pricing and Packages

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing for any service will be communicated during the booking process. Customized packages may vary depending on event size, travel, logistics, additional requirements and team size.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details including dates, timings, locations and special instructions. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from venues for photography, videography and drone usage. RK Wedding Photography is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues, authorities, weather conditions or security guidelines.

Photographer Rights

RK Wedding Photography retains the right to refuse service if a client behaves abusively, unprofessionally or violates agreed terms. We reserve the right to use selected photos and videos for portfolio, promotional use and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property

All photos and videos captured and created by RK Wedding Photography remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients receive rights to use the final delivered content for personal use only. The content may not be sold, edited, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If a client requests to reschedule an event, we will try to accommodate the new date based on availability. Cancellation by the client does not guarantee any refund of advance payments. If RK Wedding Photography must cancel due to emergencies, a full refund of the advance will be provided.

Event Delays and Limitations

RK Wedding Photography is not responsible for missed moments caused by delays in event schedules, lighting limitations, crowding, venue restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. While we take utmost care of equipment and data, we are not liable for loss due to technical failures, accidents or natural disasters.

Delivery Timeline

Final photos, videos and albums are delivered within the timeline communicated during booking. This timeline may vary based on the scale of work, editing requirements, wedding season rush and unforeseen delays.

Liability

RK Wedding Photography is not liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability, if any, will be limited strictly to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
