Welcome to RK Wedding Photography (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment (typically 60% of the total package amount).
The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery of photos/videos.
Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they secure our date and resources.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued for the advance amount.
If an event is postponed, the same advance can be adjusted subject to our team’s availability on the new date.
If RK Wedding Photography cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident, etc.), the full advance will be refunded or an alternate photographer will be arranged.

3. Shoot Timings & Deliverables

Clients must ensure punctuality to make full use of booked time slots.
Any delay caused by the client may reduce effective shoot time; no extra time will be compensated.
Edited deliverables (photos/videos) are typically shared within 4–8 weeks, depending on the workload and package.
Urgent delivery requests (express edits) are subject to additional charges.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images and videos captured by RK Wedding Photography are intellectual property of the company.
Clients receive personal usage rights (for social media, personal albums, etc.).
Commercial or third-party usage (ads, brand collabs, magazines) requires written permission.
RK Wedding Photography reserves the right to use selected images/videos for portfolio, website, and social media promotions unless the client provides written objection before the shoot.

5. Raw Files Policy

Raw/unprocessed files are not shared as per our internal quality and brand policy.
Final deliverables will be professionally edited and color-graded as per our creative standards.

6. Travel & Accommodation

For outstation or destination shoots, clients must cover travel, lodging, and meals for the photography team.
Travel arrangements (flights/trains) should be confirmed at least 15 days prior to the event.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions (venue, drone, etc.).
RK Wedding Photography is not liable for restrictions imposed by event venues or authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, in the rare case of data loss due to hardware failure, theft, or natural causes, liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the booking amount.
RK Wedding Photography is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control (weather, lighting, crowd interference, etc.).
